PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT GUIDELINES
RESULTS ORIENTATION DIMENSIONS
To score well the individual must/is required to:
a. Adaptability to Time Pressures & Changing Priorities. show, by way of quality results, effective adaptability to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and sudden or frequent changes in priorities.
b. Decision-Making & Business Judgment. have the mental flexibility that allows for better productivity, increased profits, or cost-reducing actions.
In order to achieve this end, the individual must demonstrate an understanding of the “bigger picture” (how internal and external factors affect the company) as well as understanding and incorporating the company’s mission and vision into all activities, the ability to make decisions where at times information is limited and always accepting the highest level of responsibility in order to justify those decisions and show that the decisions were made with integrity and professionalism.

Comprehension, Analytical & Evaluation/Interpretation Skills. demonstrate the ability to extract the most crucial details, analyzing and interpreting data in order to make the work process as streamlined as possible and in this way cutting costs but still producing high quality outputs in a timely and efficient manner.
g. Initiative & Self-Monitoring &Planning. show the ability to focus on tasks given, taking initiative where necessary to get the task done and scrutinizing one’s work to ensure the best quality is produced.
h. Budget Planning, Preparation & Stewardship. show ability to spend the least money on the most and of the best quality products and safe guarding at all times the best interest of the company by cutting cost but never comprising on the tenants of PRIDE.
i. Conducting & Reporting Studies or Research. research or study on a particular topic (collection, analysis and synthesis of information and reporting) effectively using this learned information meaningfully in day to day tasks and showing that the information has had a positive impact on general productivity. This involves the design, preparation, presentation, or evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs or associated training materials. Also the individual must have the ability to share the information with the rest of the team (in-house training), as well as.

j. Sensitivity to Security & Controls. be knowledgeable of and apply (with the strictest compliance of) security and protocols and requirements, both in terms of self-monitoring and monitoring of others (anyone on the premise at any given time) such as proper safeguarding and handling of sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information, documents, data, access control, sectional control, safeguarding of equipment and all other company property. Also identifying where there may be gaps and creating and implementing innovation with effective solutions to bridge those gaps.
k. Monitoring, Influencing, & Compliance in Regulatory or Legal Issues. be conversant with activities in the regulatory and legal areas, such as interpretation of government regulations, monitoring of legislation and judicial rulings, influencing legislation, drafting Company positions on regulatory issues, participating in litigation, and participating in negotiations with regulatory and governmental bodies where necessary.
